Hayley Rees, HBCom

Hayley was born in Cape Town, South Africa and later in her youth moved to Pretoria. She went on to study Bcom Marketing Management in her hometown and graduated with an honours degree from the University of Pretoria. Hayley has always been passionate about health and wellness and loves the idea of helping people to live happier and healthier lives.

A few years ago Hayley relocated to London, and it was here that her journey with WayofLeaf first began. When offered a job writing for the company, she saw it as a wonderful opportunity to not only educate herself more, but to also share this knowledge with others who want to improve their health and wellness. Now, she writes numerous articles on the application of CBD and cannabis, and how it can enhance one’s overall well-being.

Alongside her passion for the wellness world, Hayley has always been into fitness and is a devoted yogi. She also loves travelling and started her own blog back in 2018 to document her travels and encourage others to live a fulfilling and meaningful life.

Hayley’s main focus is on general health, and she has a growing interest in exploring how cannabis and CBD can be incorporated into people’s daily lives to help improve their overall wellbeing. Currently, Hayley devotes herself to educating people on the therapeutic effects of the cannabis plant.
